We need to be pushed beyond our fears to succeed. It will be scary, it will be different, but it will be much needed change.

Meet Doreetha
Entrepreneur, Vision Strategist, and Motivational Speaker

Doreetha “Reesie” Wheatley is a faith-based Transformational Speaker, Entrepreneur, Fashion Designer(Owner of RP Couture), Author, and Founder of Woman Gem, a ministry-centered platform dedicated to helping women heal, restore their identity, and boldly share their testimonies through writing and public speaking. Her journey of healing began at the age of eight and has unfolded into a God-ordained calling to help heal the brokenhearted by using her spirituality, transparency, and creativity to bring out the best in others.
Since the age of ten, when she was convinced to write a poem for a school project, she knew that this was her God-given gift. Decades later, The 12 Steps to Recovery from Infidelity has reached the hearts of many around the globe. Soon after she began helping others write and publish their stories at her Entrepreneurial Hub where they believed If No One Will Hire You, Hire Yourself!
Since, Doreetha has also achieved Amazon's best-selling status in five categories as she collaborated with twenty other authors in an anthology project sharing how they disrupted the status quo, and crushed mediocrity. Her latest anthology, How to Build a Bridge and Get Over It and "God Gave Me 168", A Stewardship and Time Reallocation Tool, is just the beginning of her purpose coming to fruition.
Through her own trauma-healing process, Doreetha came to understand that true healing requires surrender, forgiveness, and obedience to God’s purpose. What once felt like unanswered pain became preparation. With over 3 decades of lived experience and ministry service, she brings biblical truth, compassion, and spiritual discernment to every room she enters.
As a panelist, facilitator, and speaker, Doreetha has a unique ability to connect deeply with women navigating both adversity and triumph. She speaks not only from empathy but also from revelation grounded in the scripture “to whom much is given, much is required.” Her testimony reflects the faithfulness of God and the power of transformation through Christ.
Through Woman Gem, Doreetha equips women to heal, write, and speak as vessels of God’s glory, turning pain into purpose and testimony into ministry.
